Description:

Centrifugal gold panning machine is a new type of gravity concerntration equipment for concerntrating gold and other high desity minerals. The contrifuga machine get many competetive advantages compared with other concerntration machines which create high returns for the investors.

Advantages:

High recovery rate: through our test, the recovery rate for placer gold mine can be over 98%, and for the rock gold mine, when the feeding size is under 0.04mm, the recovery rate can reach 97%.

High efficiency: STLB30 model with a capacity of 2-3 tons/hour. Only one small machine could reach such a high capacity and high recovery rate, it's the most efficient concentration machine in our factory.

Easy to install: only a small leveled place required, the hight is low, the weight is light. And it's a complete machine, before starting the machine, only need water and power connected.

Easy to adjust: there's only two factors will affect the recovery result, water pressure and feeding size. By giving different water pressure(between 0.06 to 0.1) and feeding size, you can get the best recovery effect.

Easy to operate: when the water pressure and feeding size been set, what you have to do is fetch the concentrated material every 2 to 4 hours( depend on the grade of the mine).

No pollution: this machine only consume water and electricity power, and exhaust tailings and water, low noise, no chemical agent involved.

Reliable: this machine get a simple&tough structure, the main body is made by strong steel, and the concentrate cone is made by stainless steel. And the bearing is greased to keep it running well.

Application:

The centrifugal machine is very effecient in processing precious minerals, such as gold, niobite, tantalite, lead-zinc, tin and etc. It can be used not only for alluvial mines concerntration, but also for recovering the hard rock mine. Because of the high recovery rate of this machine, It is also been used to recover gold from the tailings.
