The application scope of the sterilizing pot:

The sterilizing pot can be applied to a variety of high temperature packaging materials,such as :

2.flexible package: aluminum foil bag, transparent bag, vacuum bag, retort pouch

The characteristics of the sterilizing pot:

1.reduce the steam consumption ,steam and atomized sterilization water mixed directly in the pot , the speed of warming and cooling has been improved.

2.a small amount of process water , rapid cycling . Quickly reach a predetermined sterilization temperature .

5.The kettle equipped with four removable temperature sensing probe. Can monitor the F value of the food center at all times ,the heat distribution in the kettle, to find out the heat penetration situation during the sterilization(Time used from the surface of the food to the geometric center of the food ).
