This stenter is designed for stentering or thermosetting woven or knitted fabrics (70-500g/m²)made of cotton , cotton / polyester or other blended fibers.

1. Process Flow

Heat-setting stenter:Open-width feeding→ screw expanding → centering →automatic weft straightening(buyers supply, leave space for this device) →lower overfeeding → mechanical weft straightening →screw expanding → upper overfeeding → four- finger selvedge uncurling →infra-red edge controlling →pinning→ stentering or thermosetting→ air cooling →depinning → water drum cooling →plaiting

2. There are one set of drive guide roller and press roller should be added on the entry frame.
