Application:

The GTQ5-12A steel wire straightening and cutting machine is mainly used to straighten and cut to length the round cold-rolled steel bar, 3rd grade hot-rolled steel bar, deformed cold-rolled bar. This machine integrates the advantages of being highly automatic, fast pulling speed, stable cutting performance, continuous working, safety, etc. Besides, this machine is equipped with auto-counter, and after machining there will be little loss of strength, left no scratches on finished bars and steel bars will be good in straightness. What's more, it is operated easily, adjusted simply, working efficiently.

Structure:

This machine is composed of materials feeding system, straightening system, cutting system, discharging system and electrical control system.

1) Materials feeding system

This part consists of driving friction wheels and pulling friction wheels which are powered by the 3KW motor. The motor, gears and chain rotate simultaneously and drive front and back friction wheels to roll and finalize the procedure of material feeding.

2) Straightening system

This part functions to straighten steel bars by fast rotation of straightening barrel. Before starting machine, adjust the position of straightening die in the straightening barrel.

3) Cutting system and discharging system

These two parts cooperate to cut steel bars as per specified length. First, the motor (5.5KW) drives the V-belt and gears to rotate. When the straightened bar travels through the round-hole cutting blade, thereafter reach to cut-to-length switch and touch the rocking plate of cut-to-length switch (which is fixed on the discharging table), the active cutting tool will receive a signal by electromagnetic switch. The electromagnetic switch orders the cutting blade to complete once cutting.
