3.Equipment description
3.1 Pay-off rack : With the duck-mouth typepay-off device, it can bear above 2.5 Tons coil
One wire with one pay-off rack, total 2 pay-off racks
3.2 wire chaos stop switch
The wire chaos stop switch is a large diameter ring which is mounted on the shaft, the ring and shaft was fixed in the casing and move back and forth. In a working position, the wire rod is easy through this ring. However, the wire rod will be fell off the pay –off rack if the wire mess is occurring, that will drive the ring and shaft moving forward, to disconnect the limit switches inside the casing, if soothe processing line will immediately stop. There’re 2 wire mess stop switches
Objective:To protect the processing line when any faults occurring
3.3 Mechanical descaler
The mechanical descaler is welded by section steel, with a hopper on the bottom
The mechanical descaler is according to the principle of working of "reverse bending", two peeling rollers each other vertically mounted wheel rotating rack. Each rotating rack has four peeling rollers, steel wire through the peel rollers, the wire surface oxide softening of bulk, break-ups. two adjacent peeling rollers are locking with opposite thread
There’s a straightening machine was mounted on the each wire outlet site,each straightening machine is consist of two straightening devices whcih vertical to each other for 90 °
Peeling rollers are made of hard alloy materials.Objective:Removal of the oxide on wire surface
3.4 Pressure washing tank
The upper working tank and bottomstorage tank are made of PPU materials, water will be circle flowed into the upper working tank by circulation pump with spray method, the water of upper working tank will overflow back to cycle tank. Circulation pump with a corrosion-resistant units, power 1.1Kw
The exit of the tank with gas cleaning devices, to prevent the water on the wire surface be bring into the bottom tank Objective: removal of loose oxide on the wire surface, to reduce the amount of oxide intoelectrolytic pickling tank, so that to extend the serve life of acid washing liquid
3.5 Preheating water washing tank
The bottomstorage tank and the upper working tank are made of 304 stainless steel l, with built-in steam heating device. Temperature Control: digital display and self control , precision: ±2 °C, heating temperature: > 60 °C. There’s heat preservation cotton around the tanks for prevent heat loss; Tank top with a flip-style cover, that will convenient for operation; Equip with a corrosion-resistant high-temperature circulating pump, power 1.1Kw

3.6 Boron Coating Tank

5. Electrical technical requirements
5.1Buttons, indication lights will be supplied by Shanghai Second industry company
5.2 Low voltage electric elements will be usedSchneider products, the switches are CM series and DZ series
5.3Electrical cabinet layout and installation shall be conformed to the national standard installation of electrical wiring
5.4Electrical cabinet should have lights for and maintenance power supply, all exposed live parts must be protective measures
5.5 All cables size should be marked on each cables and wire, and request the printed letters is clear and never fade.
