Production process: Pay-off --> Alkali washing(Degreasing) --> Washing --> Annealing --> Pickling

-->Hot water cleaning --> Electro-galvanizing -->Washing -->Drying -->Take-up

For theannealing furnace, you can choosefire directly fired annealing furnace; Ornon-oxidation annealing furnace,for this type there is not necessary for pickling, reduce the wire oxidation wastage and acid consumption, incrase the woking invironment.

For the pickling bath,you can choosefumeless picking bath.
