Steel Pipe Internal Coating Production Line

Steel pipe internal anti-corrosion production line devices are designed for production and processing of anti-corrosion coating of oil and natural gas pipelines. The devices are capable of automatic coating production. Its anti-corrosion techniques and product performance are in full compliance with “APIRP 5L2”, “SY/T0457-2000” and so on.
Pipes enter into internal coating line and then into blasting station under the help of rocker arm. Blasting machine then blast all pipes' inner-wall and a certain anchor depth will be formed.
After blasting, pipes go through testing and end treatment.

Pipes then enter into coating station for high-pressure airless coating and then into curing oven.
When the coating layers are cured, pipes go out of curing room. The qualified ones will be marked and then stored.
