This machine is one of the hydrostatic pipe testers of our institute, which is for a single piece test, three tension-beam, end plane sealing, low-pressure pump filling water, booster pumps pressurized and equipped with PLC systems.

Pipe sealing type:

end plane sealing or radial sealing, which shall be decided as per pipe conditions.

PLC control, equipping with digital disply, which shows pressure fluctuatin during testing, with computer record and printing system.

Technical process:

Aligning the pipe ends at the conveyor→washing→ feeding→pushing to hydrotester→ rise the lifting carrier roller→send pipe to testing center line→ the main cylinder stretch out,push the sealing head to the position→filling low pressure water(air vent→close the air vent valve and filling water valve→ boosting→ hold the pressure while being up to the preset value→record the testing→open the air vent valve to relief the pressure→push back the main cylinder and discharge water→drop the lifting carrier roller and make the pipe go back to the rack→pushing pipe→empty water→push the pipe to the plant rack
