1.Type: used for supporting belts and materials to ensure the steady running of belts. There are trough idlers, parallel idlers, centering idlers, impact idlers, spiral idlers, corrosion-proof idlers, vertical idlers and trough idler brackets, centering idler brackets, and parallel idler brackets used for different materials and situations.

2.Good quality: We use the rubber casting technology instead of the rubber rings to impact idler rollers. This method can avoid the break off for the rubber ring

1.Tube: carbon steel Customer Buffering Roller/ Idler tube
2.Shaft: 20# Cold drawn steel, or as request.
3. Bearing: Single&Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing.
4.Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal.
5.Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors.
6. Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end
7.Painting: ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting, baked painting.
