Mushroom Sterilzier Basic Principle---steaming heating
Other types of the retort sterilzier for mush room ,normally two leaf dished doors
1. Atomized sterilizing water can enlarge the heat-exchanger area in order to reach the efficient heat-exchange.
2. Steam and water will directly exchange the heat in the autoclave. Steam heat can be 100% used, saved heat energy and gained the maximum energy utilization.
3. In order to setting temperature, a small amount of circulating water will be quickly circulated within the well-distributed water temperature.
4. Sterilizing water is sprayed in all angles which create high temperature airflow inside the autoclave; this can ensure the well-proportioned temperature inside.
Machine Features
1.No exhausting, save steam consuming and work without noisy. Save steam 18%(comparing with hot water immersion autoclave and steam autoclave)
2.No exchanger, direct heating and direct cooling. Speed up the heating and cooling process. Save the costs for maintenance of heat exchanger.
