Thetank for cooling and heatingconsists of:

1. inner tank: made of 304 stainless steel plate with polishing surface.

2. middle jacket: made of A3 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel plate, and equipped with spiral stiffening ring, with which the water from the bottom up without pressure in order to reach the best warming and cooling status.

3. insulation group: made of stainless steel plate polished with fish scale pattern. The insulating layer uses polyurethance and glass wool to insulate from the outside temperature in order to keep insulation.

4. speed reducer: the cycloidal and pin wheel planetary gear speed reducer is fixed on the bracket of the beam. The shaft of the speed reducer is connected with the mixing paddle by a looper, which is easy to dismount, install and clean.

5. thermometer: 0°C~1000°C.the thermometer is fixed on the beam directly stick into the lowest position of the medium, which can indicate the temperature until the fluid is used to the lowest position to achieve the purpose of sterilization and ageing.
