Technical requirements

1 the stainless steel storage in the JB/T4735-1997 "welded steel pressure vessel, the relevant provisions of the manufacture, testing and acceptance.

2 Welding using manual arc between the electrode model carbon steel E4315, between carbon steel and stainless steel for E309-16.

3 welded joints basic types and sizes according to GB/T985.1-2008 provisions, does not indicate the weld height was thinner thickness, flange welding flange standard requirements.
4 after the equipment manufacturers, water containers and leak testing. After the test tower appearance topcoat epoxy two layers of heat-resistant silicone primer H61-83, H61-32 layer coated with epoxy silicone heat-resistant topcoat.
5 the nozzle on the main view only relative elevation, to see the actual orientation nozzle top view.

6 heater standardized 58-15 with flange using HG/T20592-2009 Standard: Flange PL50 (B)-16RF.
