1, DESCRIPTION:

CG stainless steel screw pump is a new type of internal-gearing rotary-displacement pump, having the advantages of high efficiency, strong self-suction capacity and wide application. This pump can be used to convey the media which are difficult to be conveyed. Besides the general functions of ordinary pumps, stainless steel screw pump has the following outstanding feathers:

It can convey high-viscosity media. The maximum viscosity of media is 37000 centipois-200000 centipois according to the size of pump.

It will not change the composition of sensitive liquid, with continuous and even output of liquid, stable pressure and less agitation.

Flow is directly proportional to revolving speed. Flow can be adjusted by adjusting revolving speed. If equipped with a variable motor, this pump will become a variable displacement pump.

Pressure can automatically adjust with the resistance of output pipe. Between 0-50 (kg/cm2) pressure, the user can easily find the desired pressure. It is energy-saving, and can also avoid the influence of too high or too low pressure on technological process.

Simple structure, less wear and easy maintenance.

Compared with other types of pumps: compared with centrifugal pumps, stainless steel screw pumps do not need a valve, and the flow is steady linear flow. Compared with piston pumps, stainless steel screw pumps have better self-suction capacity, with suction rise up to 8.5 meters water column. Compared with diaphragm pumps, stainless steel screw pumps can convey various mixed impurities, media with gas and soft particles or fiber, and all kinds of corrosive substances also. Compared with gear pumps, stainless steel screw pumps can convey high-viscosity substances.
