This reactor is suitable for industrial mass production of high viscosity materials
Our engineer can design various agitator for the mixing tank accroding to your process, like screw agitator, paddle agitator, disc agitator, anchor agitator etc.
The mixing tank can be with open top or sealed top. It can be vacuum,hermeticl seal,flange connection sealed.
The reactor can heat during process, like electrical heating, through hot water or hot oil into the jackt to heat,steam heat etc. Also can through cool water or cool oil to cool during process, if the process need cooling and heating, then engineer will design the mixing tank with jacekt with coil to meet the demand.
Material: the part contact with the material can be: ss304, ss316L,ss321...
According to need,the reactor can be on platform or with legs on the floor.
