SOIY mica heater must be made into the size which is ordered,especially the inside path. A minor error in the diameter will be a big problem in installation. The made-to-order heater must make out the following parameter.

1. diameter(inside path, or outside path when it was used inside)

2. width

3. the size and length of the fuse

4. the location of the fuse

5. the draft of kerf (if needed). Indicate the size and position.

6. power

7. electric voltage

8. single slice and double slices

9. each special gap width (if needed)

10. If it is anomalistic shape, please provide a draft or a chart or a sample.

11. When put in a sample, please remember the diameter and gap width cant be measured clearly with a transformed heater.

12. if you want replacing a Elmatic heater, please provide the serial number and the specification of the product.
