Feature:

Our round dipping and plating wire baskets can be produced in standard and custom sizes and manufactured in carbon steel, stainless steel and various other alloys. Polypropylene perforated baskets also available.

Standard sizes:6" x 6", 8" x 8", 10" x 10", 10" x 12", 12" x 12", 16" x 16", 18" x 18", and 18" x 24".

Standard mesh options:4 Mesh .080, 8 Mesh .063, and 16 Mesh .028.

Custom finishes also available upon request.

Perforated Baskets also available in all above sizes in 1/16, 3/32, 1/2, 3/16 gauge.

These baskets may be made of wire cloth, expanded metal or perforated metal. Frames may be round, flat or rectangular bar stock.

It is used by weaving metal or plate as its raw materials, after welding, surface treatment, polishing, beautification process, mechanical and artificial. Mainly used in kitchen, hotels, stores, supermarkets, office, interior decoration, bathroom, mechanical ventilation, breeding, electric cover, etc.
