Hot Liquor Tank

Used to heat and store water for use in the brewing process;

Method of Heating:

Electric: use electric heater to heat the medium in the jacket to let tanks heated at bottom;

Gas: forced draft gas burner with low water level cut-out and optional burner modulation;
