Application

This Fish meat separator is mainly used for fish collection, extraction. It can separate and collect the flesh from bones, fish skin.

It is suitable for all kinds of fish, this machine contact food parts and exterior parts adopt high quality stainless steel material, which is very healthy for food industry.

Working principle

Adopts mutual squeezing movement between the rolling meat barrels and the rubber belt transmission , Fish moves with the rubber belt and goes into crush zone between adopting tube and rubber belt. The fish meat will be squeezed into adopting tube through its small holes. Then the fish particles will be sent out automatically as adopting tube rotates. Fish skin, fishbone and other impurities will be scraped in the collecting tank by scraper from the outside of the adopting tube.
