Aseptic Tank

Features and Applications:

Aseptic tank is the new-generation aseptic storage equipment developed by our company itself by using the

latest aseptic theory and referring to the same type of foreign equipment. The equipment is used as the buffer

tank and storage tank to receive aseptic materials. It can increase the flexibility of output greatly. Filing machine

and sterilizer can be operated individually, and cannot be affected each other. At the same time, a sterilizer can

process different product without stopping it during the change. The tank has been widely used in medical industry,

food industry and chemical industry.

The system in composed of tank body, valve group and automatic control. For the tank body (in jacket pattern),

high-quality stainless steel plates are used. Rotary cleaner is set in the top inside the tank, and CIP can be directly

switched. In the upper part of the jacket, water distributor is set to cool the tank body after sterilization. For valve groups.
