Hot air Standard Hopper Dryer Features

Uniform resin temperature:

The hot air uniformly distributed by Mitex's unique hot air diffusing device promptly permea tes to keep the resin temperature uniform.

Resin temperature= hot air set temperature:

A sheathed heater is used for the drying heater. Also the heater box had a structure to which rectification is added so that it has better temperatures and hot air set temperature is smaller.

Preventing a short pass:

Materials do not stay longer than necessary and is uniformly discharged.

Easy maintence:

An easy-to-detaching sheet-like filter is used for the exharst filter. It gives little pressure damage, is easily cleaned and has long life.
