Cartridge filter is a new type filter with many functions, It is widely used in many solid-liquid industries, such as oil, mining industry, chemical, textile, dyeing, electroplating industry, medicine, food, etc.

Feature:

1 It has the advantage of small size, light weight, easy operation, large filtering area, fast filtering speed, no pollution and good stability.

2 This filter can separate out most of microparticle and is widely used in refined filtration and degerming procession.

3 The machine can equip 1/3/5/7/9/11/13/15 cartridges in it.

4 Material of the cartridges has poly four vinyl, polysulfone, nylon, PP and acetate fiber.

5 The length of folding type filter element can be 10/20/30/40”

6 Filtering size can be 0.1/0.22/1/3/5/10 um, etc.

7 The cartridge also can be divided into two kinds: hydrophobicity (suitable for gas) and hydrophily (suitable for liquid)

Principle:

Liquid gets into the machine from the inlet, when it goes through the cartridge, and impurities can be blocked on the surface of it, thus making the liquid clear.
