Function

After through-the-partition intercell connection welding process for motorcycle battery is completed, the machine inspects if the welding condition is qualified.

Machine Operation Process

After the process of welding is completed, the battery will be delivered by the conveyor to the working area and positioned automatically, and then the shear test head will check if there is any cold / fake weld condition. The torque jaw of shear testing will move downs to touch both of intercell welding straps and do the torque. Once the test completes, the torque jaw will lift to original position automatically. If the torque result for intercell welding section is over the set value due to poor weld, the machine will alarm and unqualified battery will be rejected to rejection area; if qualified, the battery will be delivered by conveyor to next working area.
