Square and rectangular welded pipe line adopts the technique of forming square pipe directly with more pre-bending. It is designed by assembly mould, without changing the roller and removing the shaft. And one mould can be used to produce ten or more specifications of square and rectangular pipe and cold roll forming steel. Because the roll shape of forming roller can be shared. Adopt this technique can save 50% of roller cost, reduce 40% time of changing rollers and improve 15% of production capacity. It is the best choice for the production mode of small quantity but more specifications.
