Equipment Function & Character

1. Machine is covered with stainless steel board, while the mechanical parts contacting on products are made by stainlesssteel. Appearance is beautiful and also the hygiene of products is protected, and can addglass on the whole machine. Online auto liquid recycling and feeding can assure the eveness of liquid percentqage, the solution does not touch with the external air, easy to recover the water, meet the standards of advanced country, Auto-counting and auto controlling unit; can control the materials without stopping the machine, get rid of manual operation, save human resource.(other function can be designed, installed, tested according to customers' requirements)

2. Under European CE standard designing, PassedCE certificate,With CE or UL certificate for Electric Parts and with safety device, such as, safety-guard door, emergency stop and so on.

3. Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine; the key mechanical parts are under CNC processing; while the main outsourcing parts are world famous brand.

4. Production process: Jumbo roll unwinding-auto cutting and changing the3 material-tension controlling-auto edgeing-longitudinal folding-colsed dmping(automatically recover and recycle the last water)-adjust water content-drawing-cutting paper(transverse cutting-mold forming-mid sealing-transverse sealing-cutting)-finished products-layout-transverse folding-counting.

1. Jumbo roll in use: Air-laid paper type,Spunlace N.W.(basic weight 40-70g/m^{2 ,}, special requirements can be specified by customers)

2. Packaging materials: PE/OPP/PEJ (compound material PE+PEJ,the thickness of aluminum material 3.5 lines+/-0.5 line )(special requirements can be specified by customers)

3. Jumbo roll specification and size: Thickness 13-80g/m²,single ply for above 30g/m²;

Diameter<=1200mm (both air-laid paper or N.W. are ok)

Finished products apecification: 200mm¬260mm*180mm*220mm(L*W)

(special requirements can be specified by customers)

4. Jumbo roll specification : single layer diameter 1200mm+/-20mm *185-260mm+/-5mm

5. Roll core: 3(76.2mm)(if there is any changing from customers, it should be confirmed by drawing)

6. Production speed: 300PCS/min (ensure the speed)

7. Machine power: 3.7-4.0kw(380V,50Hz)

8. Overall size: L*W*H=4.5*1.8*1.7mm(it should be designed again if customers have special requirements)
