Spring loader

Spring loader can be used with extruders of different specification. It loads plastic powder from bin to hopper automatically. The material place measurer controls the feeding cycle to realize automatic feeding. It has characteristics of stable performance, saving manpower, safe and reliable.

Theory

Spring loader adopts auger delivery theory. It loads plastic powder from bin to hopper with the steel wire spring rotating. It does not stop loading until the material place measurer sends the full signal. After the material location drops to some place, the measurer sends feeding signal, and then the loader feeding material again. Thus recycling, it realizes automatic feeding.
