Application:

3.The working process:

cloth feeding------spray-----hot pressing----laminating-----winding

4.Structure Characteristics:

4.1Feeding parts:

Packing roll-off creel and the control table. the latter,equiped with pnuematic location roller, is used to connect the products to ensure the precise location.

4.2Sprayingroom:

Thesprayingpump and the squirt gun all imported from europe or USA, characterized with the good atomizing effect. even after a long period of running,it is less likely to be blocked.

4.3 Reciprocating parts:

Straight reciprocating of the intergration of electromechanicals. it's move is stable and the speed is adjustable.the maximum speed is 2m/s.

4.4 Squirt gun is controlled by solenoid value,it stoped when it reached the edge of the material.a pump is used in the closedsprayingroom.

4.5 Dryer:

The dryer is equipped with inner core heating system, PID intelligent meter. the temperature homogeneity is excellent, and it keep pace with the conveyer.the pressure and the clearance of the automatic pnuematic lifting table is adjustalbe.

4.6Thelaminating machinesparts:

It is consisted of rubber roller and heating roller, pnuematic and the clearance is adjustalbe. built-in oil heating. the temperature differance is less than ±2°C, the surface of the roller is covered with Telflon material, convinient and clean.

4.7 Winding parts:

The winding parts employ a tension feedback automatic control system and keep the same speed with the conveyer.

then the fabric can be prevented from deformation due to the stretch.

5 Electric controller

This machine is driven by imported frequency conversion in synchronism. reciprocating parts and the squirt gun enjoy a high automation .

6 Air supply

Screw air compressor blow out the dustless, oiless air, with the stable pressure, the cleaness of the product is guaranteed.
