ACMI spray dryer is one dering equipment which for making dry powder by slip evaporation throuh physical method.It is composed of hot air supplying system,tower body, dust collection system,slip atomization system,slip servo system and electrical control system.

The slip is dried into approximate ball type particles inside the tower.The hot air was piped into the distributor on top of the tower and to be sent downward and mix with the slip fog atomized from the nozzles in the lower part of the towe and thus to form ball shape powder.At the same time the temperature of hot air is lower down to 75~120°C.

Technical parameter

Output is under the condition:36% water content of the slip,6% moisture content of the powder.
