These micro pulverizers utilized for soft materials like chemicals, dyestuff, foodstuff, pharma bulk drugs etc. for fine grinding. Since the pulverizer is used vastly for chemicals & bulk drugs, and other heat sensitive materials, it has a built-in water jacket to control the temperature in the grinding chamber.The grinding takes place through attrition between the high speed swinging hammers and serrated liners. Due to very high speed and a smaller chamber size, a higher fineness is achieved as compared to hammer mill.
