SMG series CNC sphere grinding machine is a new type machine.

The surface grinding can be automatic continuously finished during

one set-up. The machine is suitable to sphere precision grinding.

T-type structure is applied to the base and frame-type strcture is applied

to the column, they ensure high strength and high rigidity. The original

creation bran-new structure design has obtained national patent.

The product possess perfect performance, and all accuracy are higher

than national standard.

The machine is consisted of bed, column, headstock,slide basa and CNC

rotary worktable which is fixed on the slide base. Workpiece is fixed on

the worktable and rotates along with the worktable. Sphere grinding is

accomplished through rotation movement of worktable and wheelhead

that isinstalled on the spindle.
