---Brief Introduction

Specialized and PerfectHigh Efficiency Elevating Conveyoris using rubber belt as its traction components, therefore, the handling material temperature should be not more than 60°C,if adopt the heat-resistant rubber belt, the maximum material temperature can reach to 200°C. Specialized and PerfectHigh Efficiency Elevating Conveyoris applying forging ring chain as its traction components, hence, the maximum material temperature should not exceed than 250°C.

---Working principle

While powered on, the driving device (made by customer's requests) drives head pulley to make the bucket belt do the circular motion from bottom to up.The bucket is filled with material and conveyed to the head terminal, and then the material is thrown from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force according to the parabolic design. After discharging, the empty bucket is back to the boot by conveying and be filled again, and then lifted from bottom to the top to the specified height to reach conveying vertically.

1. Low driving power, inflow feeding, induction unloading, high-volume hopper intensive arrangement. There is almost no feed back and excavating circumstance when materials are lifted.
2. Wide lifting range, little materials type and property requirement can not only lift general powder and granule materials, but also lift high polishing materials. Sound seal and little circumstance pollution.
3. Perfect running reliability, the advanced design principle and handling method assure reliability of whole machine running, the non-fault time exceed 20 thousand hours. Stable running make it reach higher lifting height.
4. The life is long, inflow feeding, none excavating with hopper and there is few extrusion and collision circumstance between materials. There are little materials sprinkling during feeding and discharging to reduce machinery abrasion.
