The BWK-2002/300 mobile kitchen adopts a class II chassis and a shelter which houses all necessary cooking facilities and heating, ventilation devices. The mobile kitchen is equipped with a self-power-generating device for the power supply in either parking mode or travelling mode, and can use commercial power supply when it is available. The mobile kitchen is capable of providing food for 300 persons in an hour, and keeps working even in travelling mode on graded highway.

System description
The mobile kitchen consists of three parts
l Vehicle
l food processing facilities
l accessory equipment
1.1 vehicle
An North-Benz 1926A chassis is used which provides a good cross-country capability, and it has a diesel engine with a power of 118kw which is also used for the mobile kitchen’s self-power-generating system.
The wall of the metal shelter adopts sandwiches structures with good heating preservation and sealing capability.
1.2 Food processing facilities
The food processing facilities in the shelter includes kitchen ranges for staple-food and non-staple food, microwave oven, baking oven, flour-mixing machine, vegetable-chopping machine, kitchen ventilator, storage cabinet, water purification device, etc. All of the facilities are made of stainless steel which is easy to clean and provides a good appearance. An oil burner is employed for cooking. An kitchen ventilator is mounted above kitchen ranges, and an ozone generator is used for sterilization.

The accessory equipment includes electrical, water supply, oil supply, and information subsystems.
