Structure of grinding ball mill:

Grinding ball mill consists of horizontal barrel,hollow shaft used in feeding and discharging,and bistrique and so on. The barrel which is made of steel plate is long cylinder in which there installs grinding objects. The scaleboard and the barrel are fixing together.Grinding objects are generally steel balls which are loaded inside cylinder on the basis of different diameters and definite ratio.Always the objects are made of steel.

Work principleof grinding ball mill:

The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
