The material we use:

1 the carbide inserts are made from AH120 material are suit for processing cast iron ,and the HRC of carbide inserts is 20-30 .

2 The carbide inserts are made from AH121 material are suit for steel material ,and it's HRC is 30-40 and suit for roughing material .

3 The carbide inserts are made from AH122 material are suit for finsh machining workpiece that the the hardness of workpiece is under 53.

VG coating:
