Solid Carbide 2/4 Flutes Cutting Tool For Finishing Machining

1.Our carbide cuuting tools use Super fine Wc ccarbide rod with high teacity ,with quality TiALN coating,getting long tool life ,from roughing to finishing processing ,reduce time of changing cutter,improve effiency of machine ,sawing time of making moulds,suggest to processing iron and steel up to 65 and suit for high-speed lathe machine.

2.Our carbide cutting tools suit high-tensile alloys ,cast iron ,copper alloy and high-nicked stainless ,provide better wear-resistance in hardness and toughness .Suit for milling lateral face flute and step face.also for two vertical planes and form plane.

3.Three processing product testing :Diamond wheelinspected by Zoller machine,second,all raw material testing by engineer ,third,all carbide cutting tools checked by coated company.

4.We use different grade of carbide material :HRC45 carbide cutting tools are made from YG25,YL10.2 material ,HRC55 carbide cutting tools are made from CB carbide ,HRC60 carbide cutting tools are made from Kennametal 2210 material ,HRC65 carbide cutting tools are made from Germany AF material .

5.Non-standard size is accepted according your drawings and samples.
