INTRODUCTION:

The BXM-3623A1Y Laminator is an automatic solar module laminator. The lamination cycle is automatic controlled

by a PLC.The operator works the program through the touch-screen to control the cycleto see the

temperature values.

BENEFITS:

(1) PLC+TOUCHED LCD controlled solar module laminator.

(2) Laminating area size: 3500*2200mm. Capacity: 10MW/Year

(3) Heating system includes 1 unit PID controller, 1 pcs heating steel plate with size: 2460x3840x60mm,

oil tubes, heat transfer oil, oil heating station with safety certificate. Max working temperature: 180 degree C,

we suggest: working temperature range:120~150 degree C, at this range, temperature uniformity: ≤±1.0C,

temperature control accuracy:≤±1 °C ( after amending)

(4) Special transfer system, modules can be transferred to the laminating area frame by frame.

This will cause less movement and broken. Broken less than 0.1%.

(5) 8pcs Cooling fan at the output area can cool the laminated solar modules with fresh air.

This will match the product line especially the sun simulator for testing the solar module

with temperature range 0~80 degree C

( THE SUN SIMULATOR CAN EMEND AND CALCULATE AUTO MATICALLY

to the data as at temperature 25 degree C )

(6) It has password for the operator, through this password, all the parameters including: tank temperature,

heating plate temperature, vacuum time, lower chamber air charging time, 1st laminating time,

2st laminating time etc, can be set on the touched LCD. And the cycle can be counted automatically.

Both the setting data and the real data can be shown on the screen. It will cause less broken

for laminating in two times not in one time.

A: It will shown on the screen, you should change the HEAT TRANSFER OIL

( 1 year 1 time, model Mobil Termia 603 )

B: It will shown on the screen for you to change the SILICON MEMBRANE and the silicon slat

( 1 pcs every 1500 cycles) .

C: It will shown on the screen for you to change the VACUUM PUMP OIL ( every 1500 hours)

(9) With 1 pcs Rotary vacuum pumps( model: 2X-70) , vacuum speed: 70L/S,real vacuum can be 30~50Pa.

(10) Safety design:

A :Cover closing alarm. With one unit of light protecting system and wall protecting system,

it will alarm and stop the cover closing if some one go inside the setting area when the cover is closing.

B :Oil tubes between the heating plate and the oil station, are packaged by special cloth to prevent the hurt.

C :Equipment using screw lifting system. When heated above the lifting platform to remain parallel

with the automatic operation, easy to operate, Upper charm falling on a smooth, high reliability.

Compared with the hydraulic lift system, there is no-oil

and air leaks. Easy maintenance, fault Rate is almost zero.

E :The machine foot is special designed to prevent earth quake.
