NEW INDICATOR

Totally there are six buttoms on the panel. From left to right ,they are:

stop :stop machine and go to standby screen

wash :on one hand, it is used for blending mix inside freezing chamber ,one the other hand ,used for cleaning remaining inside freezing chamber

freeze : for refrigeration and making ice cream

hard :according to different recipe of ice cream powder or mixture ,you can adjust the hardness in regard of taste

soft : according to different recipe of ice cream powder or mixture ,you can adjust the softness in regard of taste

set :when machine goes to standby mode, then you can use “set” button to change shift (this digit is for hard and soft), cone counter, standby time ,even pre-cooling temp

Additionally : there are some code on bottom of indicator which we called “trouble shooting” system, you can read the code and take a reference to the after sales tips and find out trouble and solutions accordingly. New models also get a displaying of voltage ,you can see the voltage in different ice cream making procedures.

Hand in CIQ contented documents to QUANRANTEE DEPARTMENT for CIQ paper

Send CIQ paper ,custom paper ,CI,PL,Contract and custom declaration authorization paper to custom office

After release ,send out BL information to forwarder for issuing original BL

Send out BL,CI,PL etc documents as required to destined customers for clearance

This can assure of that you are paying to the right company and can be secured. If using other bank account, we will have a word of authorization to indicate that .

Payment:1.if order less than 10pcs(or LCL shipment) ,we prefer to take full amount as deposit duo to bank handling charges . if partial arranged ,we will advise buyer to pay the handling charge

2.if full container load(FCL shipment), we need to take 30% to 50% at least to be rewarded as deposit and balance before loading

3.once you paid ,better offer the necessary proof ,so we can both keep record in avoid of unnecessary disputes

After sales and warranty:

normally we prepare 1% total value spare parts together with each order

if customers can bring back and send to us the broken parts which used less than one year. We will exchange the new parts and send to buyers. The courier charge beard by buyer

Ather tech requirements:

In worldwide ,total there are several voltage disparities like 220-240v/50hz ,220v/60hz (can be take as commercial use),115v/60hz , 380v/50hz( commercial use) . Goshen advise you’d better choose 220v/50hz or 220v/60hz . these two can be used worldwide even in some 115v/50hz countries . we can save a lot of production period to fasten your delivery .

Meanwhile ,there are R22 and R404a gas optional. You must assure of the gas used in your location in case of wrong gas

Above two tech requirement will cause different price gap. If not standard like china tech , there should be some extra charge , you must aware of it in avoid of wrong transition.
