1) Twin twist flavors, Floor model, full stainless steel of panel, Separate Control of Each Flavor, Stainless Steel and SCRAPER BLADE Beater. 3.2 Liter big cylinder.
2) The microprocessor controls that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
3) Hardness digital indicator:Product viscosity is displayed to assure safe product.
4) Separate hopper refrigeration, Tank with mixing
5) Three compressors and two beater motor, separate control of each flavor.
6) Capacity: 70 liters/hour, 720 cones/hour (100g/cone)
