Soap Machinery Vacuum Plodder Machine

This machine has two stages, driven by independent transmission system. The first plodder is acting as a simplex refining to make soap pellets in the vacuum condition. In the final plodder, the soap is pressed and extruded out

in billets through the orifice to feed the downstream cutter or stamper. All gears are precisely manufactured. The screws are made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy, which are strong corrosion-resistant and durable for long production. All other parts which are in contact with the soap are made of high quality stainless steel. The production capacity can be adjusted by the VFD or the electromagnetic speed regulation motor.

Vacuum Plodder is used to grind, refine and press soap material into soap bar. The above and below screws and two orifice plates press and refine the soap material and make the soap bar tight

and the surface bright.
The motor and the reducer are separated, for long life-span and maintenance. The below screw’ speed is adjustable to regulate the production capacity. The vacuum chamber has a vision glass to watch the inner, the vacuum meter tests the vacuum degree. The heater inside the outlet adopt automatic temperature control system. The jackets of the above and below barrels are connected to a circulating water source.
