CONTROL FUNCTION

1) The machine is vector inverter and PLC controlled with touch screen operation to attain high automation and high precision control. The high quality mechanic parts and excellent electric control parts ensure the long life span of stable running

2) Constant linear speed, constant tension can be achieved

3) Automatic or manual speed adjustment as well as acceleration and deceleration of speed can be achieved

4) Automatic direction reversing of fabric, automatic rounds calculation and automatic stop to the machine

5) Automatic water inlet and drainage

6) Automatic temperature increase or decrease or at constant temperature

7) Automatic recognition and automatic alarm

8) Automatic chemical adding by different sections

9) There is the heating device in the top roof of machine to prevent the water dropping

10) Batch swings in a balanced way to prevent the dyeing solution from dropping

11) The dyeing solution can be circulated.

MECHANICAL ARRANGEMENT

1) The two main batching rollers are individually driven and individually controlled by Danfoss vector inverter

4) Dyeing solution tank is made by high quality stainless steel

5) Pneumatic plaiting arm for fabric inlet and outlet
