Brief introduction:

1) Small wood sawdust dryer is widely used for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks etc small granular materials.

2) ALC-I and ALC-III model are equipped with one fuel stove, and they are proper for drying materials with moisture below 30% till 8%. ALC-II is with two fuel stoves and is proper for drying moisture from 50% to 8%.

Structure and drying process:

1) Small wood sawdust dryer is equipped with one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaustblower (fan), cyclone.

2) First, the wet materials are put into the hopper. Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials

and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.

3) And then hot air is flowing andgoingthough the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

4) Small wood sawdust dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lowercost consumption andhighefficiency.
