Stainless steel multi-layer plate and frame filter was developed into and advanced filtration equipment in 1980s. The machine is connected with the feeding pump, and has the feature of good shape, small size, light weight, corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and a long service life.

Features:

1 the material of whole machine (except the motor) uses 1Cr18Ni9Ti or 316L stainless steel, which are high temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant and durable.

2 the filter plate selects whorled structure. According to different filter media and process (initial filter, semi-fine filter, and fine filter) requirements, we can switch to different filters (optional porous membrane filters, filter paper, and cloth and clarified board). Users can achieve sterile filtration with microporous membrane. They can reduce and increase filter plate correspondingly to meet production needs.

3 all sealing components of the machine select silicone rubber or fluorine rubber (acid-alkali) seals, which are high temperature-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non-toxic, no leakage, good sealing performance.

4 According to the customer’s needs, we make special multi-grade filters, the grade one filter can hold thick filter substances, the secondary can hold thin filter substance. Those save time and improve filter efficiency and filter accuracy.

Working principle:

The slurry is feed into the sealing filter chamber, liquid goes through the membrane or other filter elements under the effect of pressure and discharged from the outlet hole, while the impurities forms the filter cake in the chamber, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
