Wood Shredder

The machine can crush all kinds of middle hard and low abrasive material with compressive strength less than 150Mpa and water content less than 15%. Materials to be broken can be coal, salt, gypsum, brick, limestone, broken wood, tree,paper and asbestos waste.

Working principle

Main part of the machine is hammer rotor. The motor drives the rotor to rotate fast in crushing chamber. The raw material is put into the chamber through upper inlet. The hammer shreds the material into smaller size. The mesh located below will allow particles small enough to go. Therefore the large-size material will stay inside the chamber until the crushing work is OK.
