Brief introduction
Now concrete spraying machines are mainly divided into two types:dry spraying machine and wet spraying machine.
They are used for grouting protective coat of thin-walled structure and steel structure such as tunnel lining, wall,ceiling and so on.
Concrete spraying machines are widely applied in concrete spraying construction operations of mine, tunnel,culvert,metro, hydroelectric project, underground construction and slope protection.
Dry spraying machines adopt the method that mix dry cement, sand and stone on average, deliver the materials to the nozzle by compressed air and blend pressure water to spray.it must be operated by well-trained operator, grain size shouldn’t be too big,the dosage of cement is higher, but dust pollution and the resilience are more serious due to big spraying speed and it is restricted in the using.
Wet spaying machines are conveying concrete mixed to the nozzle by the pump,compressed air is added at the outlet of pump to make materials and air fully mixed in the pipeline, which helps the materials sprayed more uniform.Accelerator is also put at the nozzle to expedite setting of materials. With this method, spraying speed is lower, resilience is reduced, mixed materials is easy to control, the working efficiency is higher than dry spraying.
