1.Working principle

This machine is multifunctional of shearing, emulsifying, and mixing material under vacuum condition with its anchor mixer with low speed scraper and emulsifier which can deal with high-viscosity materials. This system includes loading, discharge, and temperature control, vacuum control, smapling and self-cleaning.Precise machined rotor and stator, driven by motor, createcentrifugalforcewhich liquid material and liquid material, solid material and liquid material shear each other. Thus these materials get tens of thousands times striking, cutting, tearing and mixing to realize the homogenizing.

This machine is lab scale, matching standard glass tube. It has been widely used to making emulsion, cosmetics, foods, pharmaceutics, essence, surfactant, ink and so on.
