1.small pulverizerapplication scope:

our small pulverizer is widely used in chmical,metallurgy, building materail, pharmaceutical food , feed and other industries. it can pulverize hundreds of mineral, plant non-metalic materials with Moh's hardness less than 7. such as Kaolin, Carbon black, gypsum, talc, limestone, feldspar, iron oxide, calcium carbonate, pulmbaoo, coal gangue, calcite, coal , caco3,etc. and the final product size can be adjsted from 20mesh to 325mesh.

2.small pulverizerstructure:

our samll pulveirzer consists of main machine & motor, blower &motor, powder collector, bag filters, pipes,etc.

put raw materail intot the hopper of the main mchine, the mateiral will be inhaled automaticly into the milling room of the main machine,in which the spindles driving the hammers in high speed rotating, metarial will be crushed by the hammer which are fixed on the spindles. those powder, the fineness of whic satisfed requirements, will go into the wind room , and be delived to the powder collector via the pipes, that is will be the finished product.
