1.Description for Gold Melting furnace:

JC-K-220-2 Series JIU CHEN Melting Furnace is equipped with Thermocouple, SSR, AI Temp-erature Controller. It is specially designed and constructed for melting metals for casting and alloying of metal up to 1300^oC.Automatic Furnace Includes Graphite Crucible and Tongs.

The furnace is an energy-efficient heating equipment with small size, high precision, easy operation, fast heating, and high efficiency.The unit is widely used in melting gold, silver, copper and other metals; Research projects of schools, laboratories; melting and heat treatment projects of non-flammable, non-explosive materials; melting and heat treatment of materials which need precise temperature controlled.It is a best choice for small heating , melting equipment.

JIU CHEN furnace is designed for handheld pouring directly from the specially designed crucible and tongs.
The crucible is grooved at the top for easy removal from the furnace using the specially designed tongs that are provided with the furnace.

6.The Crucible Details

Note:What the capacity of 1-4kg crucible are available. The crucible is grooved at the top for easy removal from the furnace. The specially designed tongs are provided with the furnace.

8.Melting Operating Process as follows:

Step 1.Put gold bar into the crucible.

Step 2.Heating in the furnace with 15 minutes.

Step 3.Take out the Melting crucible from the furnace,then put it on tray.

Step 4.Pour slowly the gold liquid from the crucible.

Step 5.Wait the liquid cooling in the mould within several seconds.
