1.Features of electric small fixed grain dryer

1.1.We adopt low temperature to dry wheat so that grain dryer can protect wheat quality.

1.2.We also use low speed conveyor and Large cross section of the grain dryer to reduce broken wheat fully.

3.Main Equipment Technology Description for Electric Small fixed Grain Dryer

3.1 Grain Dryer

3.1.1 Grain dryer adopt mixed-flow drying way. mixed-flow drying technology included down-flow,adverse current and cross current.Drying tower is made of storage,upon drying part,down drying part,cooling part,blowdown parts and machine base.

3.1.2 The height of storage part which all is filled with material is 2.5m,storage part can adjust capacity,and avoid short circuit of fuel;Storage part is equip with threes mechanical level detectors,when material overtop upon level detector,dryer will stop filling material automatically,under low level detector,dryer will stop removing grain; Grain can stay one hour in storage part.

3.1.3 Drying part is made of Ventilated Cages which are fulled with wheat ,wheat move up to down in the ventilated cages,heating air go into by inlet angle,then through grain layer up and down,then waste gas go out by ventilated cages.Mixed flow way is that hot air and grain flow direction is same ,meanwhile it is also reverse.when hot air contact grain,it pass one heating to grain,then grain temperature rise,inner moisture vapour to hot waste gas.because material and heat transfer for a long time,material will be dried to fixed moisture as you want, after that drying process is finished.

In the drying part ,heating wind temperature is 90-1000C, grain will be stayed for 2.5hours;wheat`s temperature will not exceed 500C,so it can protect wheat quality;

3.1.4 The way of cooling is upstream;The cooling time is about 1hour.Adequate cooling can make grain easy storage better.

3.1.5 This way of Discharging grain is adopting Six impeller which can make a whole of section discharge grain uniformly.the drive of discharging grain adopt adjustable speed motor , so you can control capacity.You can adjust gap of discharging grain.

3.1.6 This model drying flow is long, and use lower hor wind temperature,so it is good for protecting wheat quality.

3.1.7 Grain tincture will not changed after and before drying,the percentage of damage can not exceed 0.5% after and before drying.

3.1.8 The driving motor of discharging grain adopt adjustable speed motor,the flow of discharging can be designed to stepless regulation in 70%~200% of designed capacity.

3.1.9 Corn dryer also have emergency mouth of discharging grain.to make sure that there are any urgent thing ,you can discharging grain on time.

3.1.10 This easily damaged parts of dryer is that they directly contact grain and wet air:Ventilated Cages is made of 2mm steel plate,the inner wall `s thickness 2.00mm.

3.1.11 50mm Insulating layers packed outside dryer,material is heat insulation cotton,it can reduce heat release greatly and heat lose,so increase heat efficiency.0.5mm color steel plate is packed outside cotton insulation which can look like nice and also be corrosion resistant.

3.1.12 Our dryer using life is 15 years at least.

3.2 Heating device

3.2.1 Grain Dryer hot resource is made of gas burner who need to heat air.

3.3 Electrical and control system

3.3.1 Scope of working include:

3.3.1.1 Supply MCC cabinet,include power socket which has amphenol connector,Output Relay,PCB,fuse and inner wire cable.

3.3.1.2 We also supply wire cable and supporting part, install MCC cabinet .

3.3.1.3 We supply temperature control system for hot air stove and dryer.

3.3.2 motor control panel

3.3.2.1 MCC meet GB-7251-87 standard,up to IP54 protection grade.MCC is stell pate cabinet with unified cabinet, need be used in closed indoor totally.

3.3.2.2 MCC has two sets of 7.5KW motors as spare return circuit.

3.3.2.3 MCC has three PA , a PV , and a switch of voltage exchanger which can test every phase current and voltage in main circuit breaker of incoming line cabinet surface.

3.3.3 Grain level switch is Resistance spin,and adopt inner safe insulation protection and meeting reasonable standard.

3.3.4 we also supply and install warning device with acoustic-optical signal,so that it can show working status and bad condition.

3.3.5 Control system

Grain dryer automatic control system meeting the below demands:

3.3.5.1.the storage part is controlled automatically;

3.3.5.2.hot air temperature is controlled in (±5°C)automatically , adopt digital display instrument;

3.3.5.3.Discharging grain speed can be controlled by labour.
