1. small fertilizer pellet cooler is mainly to cool 2-8mm dimension fertilizer pellets or round granules , when outlet from pellet machines , the hot pellets temperature is about 60-80 centigrade, can not directly pack them to bags, so should cool to room temperature by cooler, after cooling, the temperature is not higher than room temperature +3-5.

2.small fertilizer pellet cooler adopts counter flow theory, cold air goes inside of cooler from bottom to top, hot pellets goes to cooler from top to bottom, as time goes on, pellets will pulse at the cooler bottom, cold air will meet with cooled pellets , in this way will not happen pellet broken phenomenon, if cold air meet with hot pellets suddenly from same direction, pellets will be easily broken, especially pellets surface.it can be cooled fully and equally, dust shaping rate is smaller than0.2%.

3. small fertilizer pellet cooler generally works with cyclone and air fan, air lock. which is used to clean dust, very easy to operate. Generally it works connect with bottom screener , which is used to separate dust and good pellets.
