1.small fertilizer machine is hot selling now for home use or to do trail experiment.

it can press 2-8mm dimension fertilizer pellet, animal feed pellets and biomass fuel pellets , raw biomass materials can

be waste from sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw,

peanut shell, sun flower, paper ect ,animal feed materials can be grain,

soybean, maize ect, fertilizer materials can be animal manure or plant waste and so on . the last pellet

length can be adjusted .

2.small fertilizer machine adopts Germany high technology ,which is our national patent product. the flat

die fertilizer pellet machine has unique advantages to enlarge flat die diameter, so roller assemble and

bearings are enlarged too, which can produce higher pressure than ring die pellet machine .ring die pellet

machine inside ring die is restricted by its diameter, its roller can not be enlarged enough,

bearing room is smaller , so the bearing assemble is not strong enough to withstand large pressure. so

flat die pellet machine is more fit

3. when small fertilizer machine works, it is flat die rotates and then take rollers move,

but the whole roller assemble keep stable . in this way will keep all materials piles up in the center of flat

die , increase pellet machine working efficiency .
