Qingzhou Haiyang Ore Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.was established in 1992. Over years of development, the company has been the largest production center of cutter suction dredgers, sand mining machinery and gold dredging machinery all over the country. To enlarge production, we have built Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. in Coastal Developing Zone in Weifang city, Shandong Province. With an area of more than two hundred acres, Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. owns blanking workshop, gold panning machinery processing workshop, machining workshop, anti-corrosion workshop, general assembly workshop, product debugging and testing center before ex-factory.

The Chain bucket mud(sand) dredger is to fix mud(sand) dredging devices made up of bucket bridge,bucket chain and mud bucket on the center notching part of the bow or stern. When dredging,put the lower end of the bucket bridge into some depth of the water, making the mud(sand) bucket touch the soil(sand). Driven by the guide pulley on the upper end of the bucket bridge, the bucket chain operates continuously. It can dredge the mud(sand) by the mud bucket on the bucket chain. The dredged mud and sand are transported to the top of the bucket tower. After changed direction by guide pulley, the mud and sand in the bucket are put into mud well from the mud bucket under gravity of themselves. The mud and sand are discharged out of the ship board by the chute.

This ship is a small size bucket wheel dredger. It use bucket wheel to cut and break soil to

form mud. Then the mud is pumped by the dredge pump driven by the diesel engine and

transported to the appointed place. It is suitable for hard soil, such as clay,grit,fine sand

and normal mud. The dredge pump and bucket wheel use high wearable materials. Bucket

wheel,spud lift and shift winches,ladder winch are all hydraulic driven. The hydraulic system

is controlled by electromagnetic directional valve. The driving devices of the bucket wheel

use lub oil and floating seal.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.

The alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power and

lighting of the whole dredger.

Generator sets supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when it doesn’t working.

Hydraulic system: the most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger.

The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict, it’s the main artery of the entire

dredger.

An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve

manifold, solenoid valve, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuator and so on.

Assembly & Staff Training

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide, teach and training your

staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

We have two factories. Totally 30,000 square meters. One is located in Binhai Economy

Development Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially,

Qingzhou Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang

Factory is mainly for cutter suction dredger painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for

shipping.

Skilled workers & ex-work testing

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the

high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make

sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

Detachable Structure

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or

moving from one working site to another.

Shipping to the Tianjin Port.

Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle

structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.

Note

All necessory tools, tackles, plants and machineries required for the installation,

testing and commissioning of silt dredging equipment shall be in the scope of the

buyer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to store of the material at appropriate locations

at theirown cost if required. However, storage site shall be provided by the buyer.
